Blockchain & Technical Considerations

$XVA token will launch on BSC, with bridges to the SOL and ETH networks planned for the near future. While Ethereum remains a reliable and widely adopted platform for token development and distribution, Nova acknowledges the need for additional networks to enable low-cost transactions and broader accessibility.

The XVA smart contract has been developed and will undergo an independent third-party security audit before deployment to ensure maximum security and reliability.

Token Sale Details

XVA Token will be offered at different price levels during various stages of the token sale:

• Pre-Seed: >US$0.02 / XVA (minimum round price)

  • Community / early discounts will apply through distinct mini rounds

  • Bonus tokens will be available

  • Pre-seed placeholder tokens may be staked for a high APY

  • Placeholder tokens may be redeemed for $XVA beginning at the start of the relevant vesting period. Participants must hold a minimum of 1000 XVA

• Seed: >US$0.05 / XVA (minimum projected round price: to be confirmed)

  • Discounts will apply through distinct mini rounds

  • Bonus tokens will be available

  • Seed placeholder tokens may be staked for a high APY

• Public Sale: US$0.08 / XVA (minimum projected round price: to be confirmed)

  • Discounts will apply through distinct mini rounds

  • Bonus tokens will be available

  • Public sale placeholder tokens may be staked for a high APY

At the project's discretion discounts or bonus tokens may be offered for early buyers at each stage of the token sale process.

Listing, CEX/DEX and Bridging

Following the presale, the XVA token is set to debut on an BSC-based decentralized exchange (DEX), such as Pancake Swap. The projected listing price, subject to confirmation, will be >$0.09, ensuring a smooth transition for early supporters and investors.

A bridged version of XVA will be made available on Ethereum and Solana post TGE.

Plans are also underway for listings on centralized exchanges (CEX), which will significantly enhance the token's accessibility and liquidity.

Nova already has early agreements in place with 3 leading centralised exchanges, and expects to fomalise the details prior to the end of the Seed round.
