Traction, Distribution and Partnerships

Nova has already secured orders for 2025, including a confirmed order of 10,000 units, with 50% backed by a bank guarantee. Additionally, a locked-in sales forecast estimates 250,000 units for the year.

The African smartphone market presents a vast opportunity, with a population exceeding 1.5 billion, 650 million smartphone users, 1 billion mobile connections, and over 450 million potential new users waiting to be connected. Currently, 20 million smartphones are shipped annually, with an anticipated 10.5% growth in 2025. The rise of mobile-first banking, fintech, and e-commerce has driven increased smartphone demand. With over 60% of Africa’s population under the age of 25, the demand for gaming, education, and social media is accelerating.

This represents a significant growth opportunity for Nova, as the market has an immediate need for new devices, especially those offering affordability while integrating powerful tools. The demand for cryptocurrency-enabled smartphones is also increasing, positioning Nova’s offerings as a strong fit for the market.

Nova XVA: Growth Projection

With secured orders and strong distribution partnerships, Nova anticipates substantial year-on-year growth starting in 2025. Given the vast potential of the African smartphone market and the ability of current partners to expand into new regions, Nova projects sustained growth over at least the next decade.
