Terms of Offer
Introduction
These Terms ("Terms") govern the participation in the Nova Ultra Bluetooth Headphones: $130K Giveaway! (the “Offer”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Offer Structure
The first 1000 participants who participate in the special Nova XVA pre-seed mini round, referred to as the Nova Headphone Giveaway Mini Round (the “Mini Round”), which commences in the week of week of 18 May 2025, will receive one complimentary pair of Nova XV Ultra Headphones (“prize”).
Distribution of the prize ill be based on the order of participation confirmation. A list of winning wallet addresses will be announced on close of the Mini Round.
Winners will be collated on 13 June 2025 (“Calculation Date”) and this Offer will be closed on the Calculation Date or when the token allocation for the Mini Round is exhausted, whichever occurs sooner.
Eligibility
The Offer is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have legally participated in the Mini Round through the official Nova platform.
This Offer is void where prohibited by law.
Prize Distribution and Shipping Costs
Headphones will be shipped to eligible winners within 60 days after Offer milestones are achieved and winners are confirmed.
Winners are the first 1000 contributors to the Mini Round and will be announced on the Nova XVA website on conclusion of the round.
Shipping is included and is free, globally, to your nominated home address.
